Is SJU a party school? ›

Party Scene

Tons of raging parties almost any night of the week. Lots of options Wednesday-Saturday. Some decent frat/house parties, weekends only. Good parties are few and far between.

Saint Joseph's University has an acceptance rate of 89%. Half the applicants admitted to Saint Joseph's University (Pennsylvania) who submitted test scores have an SAT score between 1130 and 1320 or an ACT score of 26 and 31.

I will put in a minimum of 75% attendance in each course (subject). I will secure at least 40% marks in all the Examinations conducted by the University. I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the University.

With a GPA of 3.69, Saint Joseph's University requires you to be above average in your high school class. You'll need at least a mix of A's and B's, with more A's than B's.

Students are expected to be dressed neatly and have their hairstyles in conformity with norms of decency and propriety.

The evangelists Matthew and Mark refer to Joseph as a “carpenter” or “joiner”. We heard earlier that the people of Nazareth, hearing Jesus speak, asked themselves: “Is not this the carpenter's son?” (13:55; cf. Mk 6:3). Jesus practised his father's trade.

All alumni, former, and current students looking to order an official transcript must place an order through the National Student Clearinghouse. This includes former students of the University of the Sciences, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, and the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences.
