As an OEM Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue through effective customer engagement and product demonstrations. With core skills in retail sales, customer service, and product knowledge, you will assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Tasks:
Maintaining customer databases
Managing trade show emails and follow-ups
OEM customer purchase order entry, order acknowledgment, and response to customer requests and concerns.
Responding to sample requests received from customers
Assist with trade show preparations and customer visits
Provide technical assistance in response to customer inquiries
Communicating customer requests to product managers around the world
Product flow testing and the ability to make product recommendations based on the results
Preparing and updating key PowerPoints for customers
Documenting and providing follow-up on quotes and PAPP documentation
Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, ability to multitask, flexible attitude
Organized and reliable
Willing to learn the basic technical functions of Neoperl products
Self starter, highly motivated, team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
2-3 years experience in sales or customer service. High School Diploma or Equivalent
